When a family friend passed away, those closest to them wanted something meaningful to give at the funeral something that could be taken home, lit in quiet moments, and held as a small piece of remembrance.
We created 30 candles in a bespoke black and gold tin a departure from our signature glass jar, chosen specifically for the solemnity of the occasion. Each candle featured a custom label and was hand-finished, making every single one a personal keepsake rather than simply a favour.

HOW IT STARTED: A social media DM
The author of Arachne, Soul Weaver came to us with a vision: she wanted a candle that smelled like Ashenroot, a town at the heart of her dark, mythological novel. Not a generic candle. The actual scent of that place.
We were gifted an advance reader copy of the book. We read it. We breathed it in. And then we created Ashenroot: sage for the old ways, citrus for the wound, and a drop of lavender to hold it all together.
The author chose the jars. We created the labels. And every one of the 48 candles was hand-made with the candle name written by hand, because a story like this deserved that kind of care.
